How to Apply for Employment:

• Step 1: Fill out desired position Application form on our website or print a hard copy or the form, complete and return.

Why Work at AEI

• Step 2: AEI Base Camp Staff will contact you about your Application and set up a phone or video interview.

• Step 3: You must have 3 References complete and submit the online reference form.

• Step 4: If we determine that you will be a good fit with AEI, we will formally offer you a position once we have received all 3 reference forms. You will then be sent a Seasonal Agreement for the summer.

• Step 5: All staff will be required to submit necessary employment documents/forms. Wilderness Guides will need to complete the mandatory Guide Staff Competencies and a Wilderness First Aid/CPR course prior to your arrival.
